Venue: Videotaped in performance for the Jerome Robbins Archive at the Joyce Theater, New York, on May 14, 1989, by Simon & Goodman Picture Company, with the assistance of grants from the New York State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
Creation/Production Credits: Choreography: Dan Wagoner. Music: Dmitri Shostakovich (String quartet no. 15). Costumes: William Ivey Long. Lighting: Jennifer Tipton.
Performers: Danced by members of Dan Wagoner and Dancers: Randy James, Joan Norvelle, Timothy Conboy, Tom Thayer, Keith Chamberlain, Barbara Grubel, Kaela San Lee, and Lisa Wheeler. Musicians: The Jenner Quartet: Ryan Brown, Aloysia Friedman, Ah Ling Neu, and David Bakamjian.
