Venue: Sudden death commissioned by the American Dance Festival in 1977; recorded at the Festival in Durham, North Carolina, in July 1980. Producer: Dennis Diamond. Director: Gary Halvorson. This footage is also on *MGZIC 9-393. Secret kindnesses commissioned by and recorded at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois, in July 1982.
