Content: 1st verse: Ev'rybody is invited to attend a Jubilee, All de colored population, will be admitted free, Dar'll be coons of ev'ry nation, And some nigs of high degree, To see that ev'rything's done to a "T," There'll be Princes from Dahomey, all de coons from Oakley-homey, Dar will be coons be neber known before on earth, Ev'rything that's like a coon, From a monk' to a baboon, Will be dar at De Darkies Jubilee.
Content: 2nd verse: If a coon gets kinder wild, and he think he's gwine to spile, Without he gets a chance to have a fight most ev'ry night, We will call our razor reg'ment, And dey'll settle for dis gent, You bet when they get through he'll be all right, And if any coon should get too loud, we'll throw him out the crowd, Ev'ry one must use his etiquette or leave, No! you need'nt be afraid, Of some coons big razorblade, They'll be checked at De Darkies Jubilee.
