Content: Printed on border: "Copyright 1905, by The American Baptist Missionary Union, Boston." "Burma Series -- Orient Pictures." "No. 239." "This beautiful girl is a striking illustration of what Christianity can do for the Karen women. Mi Lou reads and speaks well five languages, including English, and is now a teacher in the Pwo Karen school at Bassein, where she was formerly a pupil. For several years she did good work among the Shans at Hsipaw."
