Content: In 2 columns: on the left, the continuous ill. colored in gouache after pochoirs by Delaunay; on the right, the textof the poem, printed in 4 colors from 12 typefaces, with additional wash coloring from pochoirs in the blank spaces. For an approximately half-size reproduction on 2 folded leaves, cf. Sonia Delaunay: rythmes et couleurs / textes de Jacques Damase et al. 1971. p. 84-[91]. Content: Issued folded in parchment wrapper with additional paintedill. (wrapper lacking in this copy).
Content: Printed on one side of 4 sheets, each ca. 53 x 36 cm., pasted overlapping at top and bottom to form a single sheet, folded vertically in half, then accordion-folded to 22 sections.

Content: Spencer Coll. copy consists of the 4 sheets before assembly and folding, including margins above and below the printed and illustrated area. Sheets are partly untrimmed, ca. 57 cm. x 38-40 cm. Two have pinholes in upper and lower left margin. Another copy in this state, with variant coloring, is illustrated in Peyré, p. 87, fig. 53 (Peyré 11, contrepoint).
