Description
Documentary on Ballet Oklahoma's "Diamond Jubilee" evening, February 19, 1982, which featured Olga Kostritzky's Prince Igor, Bojan Spassoff's Diamonds, and Agnes de Mille's Rodeo. Includes interviews with Betty Price, assistant director of Oklahoma's State Arts Council; Gail Beals, president of Ballet Oklahoma's board of directors; and choreographers Kostritzky, Spassoff (also artistic director of Ballet Oklahoma), and de Mille, interspersed with dress rehearsal footage of the three ballets. Guest artist Christine Sarry performs the role of the Cowgirl in Rodeo.
