Description
Documentary on the improvisational techniques developed by dance therapist Liljan Espenak for the purpose of discovering and releasing emotion in patients as part of the therapeutic process. Three of Espenak's students from New York Medical College demonstrate these techniques, which focus on four basic human emotions: anger, calm, joy, and fear. Masks are used as a tool in the final section.
