Content: Six lines of text and six lines of music per page, ruled in red and brown pencil.

Content: 8 large historiated initials; miniatures; borders showing animals, humans etc.
Content: Red, blue and black initials, rubrics. Border designs.
Content: On f. 306v the scribe, Leonardus de Aquisgrano, tells us that he began this book in 1493 and finished it on the feast of St. Cecilia, 1494.
