Notes
Content: Madame Bertha Kalich, who achieved a great name for herself on the Yiddish stage, is now a full-fledged English-language actress, and she appears every evening and Saturday matinee at the Manhattan Theatre under the direction of the great English managed, Mr. Harrison Grey Fiske, in the great masterpiece by the great man on letters, Maurice Maeterlinck, "Monna Vanna". Madame Bertha Kalich triumphs before the English-speaking public and press, and is making a great furor as Giovanna. She performs with a giant artistic Troupe, and the scenery and costumes come directly from Paris. Prices from 50 cents to two dollars. Evening show: 8:20 PM; matinee, 2:15 PM.
