Glen Tetley speaks with Elinor Rogosin about his affinity with both the emotional and structural aspects of dance; training with Hanya Holm and Martha Graham and their influence on his development as a performer and choreographer; his study of ballet; dancing for American Ballet Theatre and for Martha Graham during the same period; his own choreography including his work Pierrot lunaire; his work [Voluntaries] for the Stuttgart Ballet [Stuttgarter Ballett]; the Nederlands Dans Theater; his use of Benesh notation and video recordings when staging his works; his work [Contredances] for American Ballet Theatre; his work The tempest, for Ballet Rambert.

Sound quality is fair to poor. Glen Tetley's voice is often soft, and the recording is marred by extraneous noise including "tape hiss" (especially on streaming file 2) as well as occasional short gaps. However, for the most part, the voices are intelligible.
