Content: Caption on back: "Negro troops are largely responsible for the maintenance of all the major Quartermaster and trucking companies of the U.S. Army in Germany; Above, Private First Class John Miles of Glenwood, Maryland, left, and Technician Third Grade Rufus Ragsdale of Jacksonville, Texas, both of the 3420th Ordnance Company, give a maintenance check-up to one of the 2,5-ton trucks that is being used in the Munich area, 2-28-46."
