Notes
Content: Admiral Rodjestvensky's demeanour made a profound impression on the court. He wished that all the responsibility for his surrender and the loss of the 'Biedovny' should be placed on him, and that none of the other officers should be accused. The court acquitted the Admiral, and condemned the other four officers to death, with a strong recommendation to mercy." Written on border: "July 21, 1906"
