Description
Lewis Archibald, a journalist who wrote for the magazine "Downtown," interviews the British actress Glenda Jackson. She discusses her stage, television and film career in Great Britain and the USA, and the roles she played in various productions such as Queen Elizabeth I in the BBC's serial "Elizabeth R" (1971), and her starring role in the film "Women in Love" (1969) that led her to her first Academy Award for Best Actress. She recalls various theatrical and film directors such as Ken Russell, and actors such as Walter Matthau, Oliver Reed and others, with whom she worked.
