Description
Shows wards, names of streets, drainage, railroads, selected buildings, and other points of interest. Includes street index, street directory, table of street distances and order of house numbers, and list of "Elevations of the highest recorded points above high tide in the Delaware River." Also includes inset "Smith's new map of Philadelphia. Scale one inch to the mile." Delaware River depths shown by soundings and isolines. NYPL Map Div. copy annotated with color to show information regarding sewers, storm water conduits, and ward boundaries.
