Description
Gen. James Abercrombie is to succeed the Earl of Loudoun as Commander-in-Chief; be is to be obeyed and given all assistance; if he so orders an embargo is to be laid by the Governor upon all ships in the province; the commander of the squadron about to be sent must also be given all intelligence relative to his department, and must be supplied with such sailors and workmen as he may need.
